上海市某医院医生绩效分配线性回归模型研究

摘要:
目的 分析医生劳务性收入影响因素,探讨摒弃传统收减支模式,构建以工作量和工作质量为核心的绩效分配模型。方法 对2012年医生劳务性收入影响因素分别进行单因素相关性分析和多元线性回归分析。结果 建立了绩效分配模型,并根据研究结果提出意见和建议。结论 绩效工资分配模型有待进一步优化。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the influence factors of doctors’ payments, and to establish the performance payment model based on quality and quantity of work model instead of traditional model based on profits of work. Method Applying single factor correlation and multivariate regression analysis to identify the influence factors of doctor’s payments in 2012. Result A performance payment model is established and related suggestions are proposed. Conclusion The model of performance payments need to be further optimized.
