| 通过对某院为期一年的手术记录和为期两月的停台手术记录进行挖掘与分析，了解手术室及相关手术科室的工作量和工作效率，分析手术停台原因，提出改进策略。结果显示，手术室运行效率存在改进空间。应改善手术室工作流程，缩短术前时间；加强患者术前监测，降低手术暂停比例；改进手术麻醉信息系统，持续改进手术质量，提高手术效率。 |

| By digging and analyzing the operation records during the past one year and the operation records un-carried out as planned during the past two months, the efficiency of operation room and relative surgical departments is understood, and the reason why some operations cannot carry out as planned is analyzed, and improvement measures are proposed. The results show that the efficiency of this operation room is not high enough. The procedure should be improved to reduce the duration for preoperative anesthesia, and patient’s condition should be better monitored before operation to decrease the rate of un-carried out operations. Meanwhile, the information system for surgery should be improved to provide more detail data for continuing improvement. |
