| 系统阐述了无锡市第二人民医院“人才树”工程构建的背景和内涵，即建立人才“基底—树干—树冠”三级分层分类培养体系；介绍了医院推行“人才树”工程的具体做法及成效，并就推行医院“人才树”工程在符合医学人才个体成长的职业生涯规律、符合医院群体人才共同进步的客观规律等方面进行了系统的分析。 |

Hospital Talent Tree Project-：A Project to Improve the Quality of Academic Leaders and Common Staff won the Excellence Award of human resource management category of Asian Hospital Management Awards 2013. It is the first time for Chinese hospital to win award of this category. In this context, this article demonstrates the background and connotation of hospital talent tree project. It established classified and categorized talent system in the form of “Base-Trunk-Crown”, and carried out series of specific methods. Then the article is concluded with explorative reflection on the influence of Talent Tree project in several aspects including meeting the career regulation for medical talents individual development, satisfying the objective laws for common development of talent groups, representing innovative management tool, and catering the requirements for innovation and application from AHMA. |
