| The paper focuses on national health care reform principles: “building the foundation, strong base and the mechanism”. According to the successful experiences from home and abroad, and in combination with the reality of hospital, the development model for the second-class general hospitals was initially established by method of mechanism and management innovation. These valuable experiences and models were fully affirmed by experts in hospital accreditation evaluation. |
