| Based on the concept and connotation of fast tract surgery, the function of medical quality improvement which fast tract surgery makes is elaborated. It is pointed out that this concept is conducive to enhance the quality of medical services, save medical and health resources and promote the harmonious medical relationship. At the same time, the article also analyzes the barriers to promote the application of fast tract surgery, and explores hospital practical works through combining with hospital practice of fast tract Surgery application strategy.
