| 摘要: |
| 文章探讨了门诊与住院两大患者流的医疗服务需求特点。依据顾客需求，通过计划、整合后，进行生产转化并再输出到顾客的服务供应链原理，对现有医疗服务整合形成门诊一站式服务供应链和住院病人后勤保障“168”服务供应链两大服务集群，并应用于实践，取得了一定成效。 |
