| 目的 通过分析2011—2012年37 504例病人DRGs入组数据，查找存在的问题，并探讨防范对策。方法 按北京市ICD-10临床版疾病分类和手术操作ICD-9编码，提取出院患者病历首页信息进行分析。结果 未入组病例、主要诊断或手术名称选择不准确、分析和查找个别DRGs分组费用偏高所存的问题。结论 加强DRGs知识的宣传和培训，促使医生正确填写病案首页，并持续改进DRGs评价体系，以期合理评价医疗服务质量。 |

Objective To analyze DRGs Data of discharged patients of 37504 in 2011 and 2012, find existing problem and explore countermeasures. Methods Based on Beijing ICD-10 CM and ICD-CM-3, drawing medical record information of all the discharged patients in 2011 and 2012 to analyze. Results Ungrouped cases, primary diagnosis or operation name being chosen incorrectly . find and analysis the problems which some of cost is higher than the average level of Beijing .Conclusion Propagating DRGs knowledge，promoting doctors to fill out medical records correctly, and improving DRGs evaluation system continuously in order to assess medical service rationally. |
