| 介绍了云计算、大数据时代医院信息化的三个转变：一是基础架构平台向云计算的转变，二是信息管理向数据集成平台的转变，三是终端多样化的转变。这三个转变是医院信息化在我国开展10多年以来，最重要的一次转变。认识这三个转变，有利于认清当前医院信息化工作的方向，规划未来路径，实时迈出转型步伐。 |

| Three transitions of hospital in the era of computing and big data are introduced，including infrastructure platform shifting to cloud computing，information management changing to the data integration platform，and terminal diversifying. This turn of changes is the most significant one in over a decade. Recognizing the three changes will help to understand the direction of the hospital informatization and planning of the future，and accelerate the pace of transition of hospital informatization. |
