| 从医院发展过程中组织模式的变革和管理模式的设计出发，结合河南科技大学第一附属医院的实践，对医院“一院两址”组织管理模式建立的指导思想、管理模式的设计原则、具体方案和实施效果进行了分析。在此基础上，提出了医院组织结构模式研究的方向，以期对医院组织模式的研究和完善起到一定的促进作用。 |

| According to the reform of organizational model during hospital development and the design of management model, and based on the practice of The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology, the guidance of organization model and design organization pattern, principles of management and design of management model，practical arrangement scheme and implementation effect in “one hospital with two campuses” are analyzed. The reform direction of hospital organization pattern is proposed, which may be inspire to further exploration on the improvement of hospital organization pattern and management model. |
