| 面临越来越复杂、多变和不可预测的竞争环境和日趋激烈的竞争压力，构建动态竞争力是公立医院发展的迫切需要。在医院动态竞争力内涵与特征的基础上，分析了公立医院动态竞争力构成要素，提出了医院动态竞争力构建的策略路径，并结合郑州大学第一附属医院构建动态竞争力的实践进行了案例研究。 |

| Faced with increasingly complex, changing and unpredictable environment and fierce competitive pressures, dynamic competence is the urgent need for public hospital development. Based on the contents and features of hospital dynamic competence, elements and construction paths are proposed, and the case of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University is implemented to reveals the practice of public hospital’s dynamic competence construction. |
