| 我国大型公立医院运行机制存在弊端表现为趋利性的经营运作模式与粗放型的经营管理模式，不适应外部政策导向及自身发展。系统分析我国大型公立医院运行机制形成及强化的机制，得出我国大型公立医院发展呈现出路径依赖性质并“锁定”在无效率的状态。对此从内部、外部两大方面对其改革路径进行探讨并提出相关政策建议。 |

| Defects existing in Chinese major public hospital operation mechanism are characterized in two aspects: profit-oriented management conception and extensive operation mode.Which doesn’t adapt to the external policy guidance and its own diversified development requirements.Based on analyzing the formation and strengthening of major public hospitals’ operating mechanism systematicly,we draw a conclusion that development of Chinese major public hospitalbwas presents the nature of path dependence and was ‘locked in’ the inefficient state.So internal and external reform path was discussed and relevant policy suggestions are put forward. |
