| County-level public hospital reform of is the "center of gravity" of Medicine and Health Care System Reform in China. Administration on performance and Marketization on governance is the two reform model to break marketization on control. From two aspects of basic view and system arrangement, two reform models of administration on performance and marketization by management are compared, and the main thinking of reform mode of marketization on govermance is proposed. |
