新疆民营医院人力资源管理的瓶颈及对策研究

摘要:
民营医院作为一种新型医疗实体,成为了医疗卫生事业不可或缺的重要力量,目前新疆的民营医院普遍存在人才匮乏、人才流失率高、人才结构不合理、人力资源管理机制不完善等制约其发展的瓶颈和困难,通过结合采用分层抽样和简单随机抽样的方法对新疆52家民营医院的医院行政管理人员和医护人员进行深度访谈,探讨和分析普遍存在的问题,提出加强民营医院人力资源管理和发展的政策建议。

Abstract:
Private hospital entity, as a new type of medical treatment has become the indispensable important force in medical and health undertakings,the Xinjiang private hospitals are widespread lack of talent,talent turnover rate is high,the unreasonable talent structure,human resource management mechanism is imperfect and the bottleneck of restricting its development and difficulties,by combining with the method of stratified sampling and simple random sampling to Xinjiang 52 hospital administrators and medical workers of civilian battalion hospital in-depth interviews,to explore and analyze the common existing problems,and put forward to strengthen the human resources management and development of the private hospital .
