危急值管理系统的本质是对实验室结果数据的采集、管理、分析与预警,因此,需要将计算机技术中的知识表达与推理等规则算法技术应用到系统中,使之能够对LIS系统的检验结果进行表达与推理,从而推动IT系统向智能化方向发展。文章探讨将规则算法内置于临床实验室危急值管理系统中,以提高信息系统的智能性和适用性;针实验室危急值管理系统的不足,设计开发了规则算法引擎,实现了实验室危急值的智能准确预警。 |

Abstract: |
The essence of critical value management system is to collect, manage, analyze and pre-alarm laboratory result data. So it’s necessary to apply regulated algorithmic technologies such as knowledge expression and reasoning into the system, so as to make it possible to express and reason the test results worked out by LIS system, and promote IT system to be more intelligent. The paper intended to imbed regulated algorithmic technologies into clinical laboratory critical value management system in order to improve the intelligence and applicability of information system. Due to the deficiencies of the previously designed system, the hospital designed and developed the regulated algorithmic engine to make the intelligent and accurate pre-alarm of laboratory critical value realized. |
