| 为改变目前医患关系日益紧张的状况,医院需要推动规范服务向主动服务甚至是感动服务转化。为此,以分院急诊科为试点,发挥医院基层党员的能动性,帮助病人成立病人互助组并给与指导。通过近一年的运行,发现这一举措不仅可以节省医务人员的精力,而且让医患信任度大幅增加,客观上减少了医患关系对立的潜在风险,促进了和谐型医患关系的形成。 |

| Effect of Patient Support Group in the Construction of New Doctor-Patient Relationship |

| In order to change the current tense situation of doctor-patient relationship, the hospitals need to promote standard service to initiative service or even touched service. Therefore, the hospital selected the emergency department of a branch hospital as the pilot base and encouraged the communists in the department to help the patients set up patient support group and give guidance. After nearly a years’ operation, it not only can save the energy of medical staffs’ energy, but also increase the doctor-patient trust degree, objectively reduce the potential risk of doctor-patient hostile relationship, and promote the formation of harmonious doctor-patient relationship. |
