| 目的 分析国家综合性重点大学附属医院研究生在学期间发表论文情况，指导今后高校附属医院的研究生教育管理。方法 调查中山大学附属第一医院近5年毕业的296名研究生在学期间发表论文的数量和质量情况。结果 研究生招收数量逐年增加，研究生发表论文的总数逐年增加，其中发表在科学引文索引收录期刊上的论文数量增加较明显。结论 导师应鼓励和指导研究生发表高质量论文，高校可适当提高医学研究生的培养要求并积极创造良好的培养氛围。 |

| Role of Post Graduates’ Publications in the Training of High-level Medical Talents |

| Objective To analyze the post graduates’ publicaions during the study period from national key comprehensive university affiliated hospitals, and to guide hospital of graduate education management. Methods The assessments of quantity and quality of publications during the study period were performed in 296 post graduates from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between 2007 and 2011. Results The number of graduate students enrolled was increased year by year. The total number of graduate papers increased year by year, and the increased number of publications in journals included in the Science Citation Index was significant. Conclusion The mentor should encourage and guide the graduate students to publish high-quality paper, and medical university may appropriately increase postgraduate training requirements and improve a good education atmosphere. |
