| Hospital culture is an important part of hospital management, with the great significance to the management and development of hospital. Based on the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University culture construction, the connotation and function of demonstration of cultural construction are analyzed, and the discussion and analysis of how to strengthen the cultural construction is explored and analyzed. It is summarized that strengthening the cultural construction and active mobilizing all staffs’ working enthusiasm and creativity can continuously enhance the competitiveness of the hospital, promote hospital sustainable development. |
