| ??????? 目的 探索并评估、比较北京大学两家附属医院电子病历系统的易用性，并就其出现的易用性问题提出改进建议。方法 使用美国国家标准技术研究所制定的电子病历功能标准测试方法和用例，利用认知研究软件工具CogTool模拟熟练用户在无错误操作情况下使用系统，统计电子病历系统7项关键任务的完成时间。结果 两家医院电子病历系统完成7项测试任务的平均总时间为723.3秒，其中平均心理思考时间为257.7秒。系统A、B完成7项测试任务总时间分别为728.5秒、718.0秒。其中完成用药列表任务时间差异最大。完成人口统计学任务心理思考时间所占的百分比差异最大。结论 由于易用性设计缺陷，医生花费大量的时间进行人机交互；通过改进系统易用性以便减少人机交互总的时间和心理思考时间所占的比例，提高医疗效率。 |

?????? Objective To evaluate and compare the usability of EMRs in two Peking University affiliated hospitals，and make suggestions for usability problems. Methods Through applying EMR functional standardized test procedures provided by NIST，the cognitive related software CogTool was used to predict the completion time of seven key EMR tasks in the condition of expert user and err free action. Results The mean time taken to complete all the tasks for two EMRs evaluated was 723.3 seconds，the mean mental time was 257.7 seconds. The total time taken to complete the tasks for system A and system B was 728.5 and 718.0 seconds respectively. The largest difference in task completion time between system A and B occurred in medication list task. The largest difference in mental time between system A and B occurred in demographics task. Conclusion According to the evaluation of two EMRs，it is found that physicians spend a lot of time on human interaction due to the usability design flaws. Suggestions for reducing the time and improving the efficiency of health care are provided. |
