????? Evidence-based hospital management is a new thinking and idea in hospital management under the background of evidence-based medicine at present. Corresponding to the five steps from evidence-based medicine practice, five realization approaches should be focused on evidence-based hospital management. But in the current domestic environment, there are some inherent constraints or weakness in evidence-based hospital management. In order to get the desired effect, certain preparation in realization approaches should be done, and close attention to some important influence factors of evidence-based hospital management should be paid. |
