| Transition from charge according to the project to fees according to the disease mode, has important significance to control the medical expenses. The article analyzes five problems of public hospital fees according to the disease mode reform, including small disease coverage, the contradiction between charging and payment , price regulation defect, quality regulation predicament. It is concluded that taking fees according to the disease in the public hospital has less significance than deepening reform of DRGs. |
