论我国公立医院价值观管理的必要性和可行性

价值观管理(Managing by Values)是一种新的人文主义。通过介绍价值观管理的特点,比较价值观管理与目标管理存在的异同,阐述价值观管理在目前公立医院管理中存在的必要性。同时,采用宏观环境分析方法,探讨公立医院价值观管理的可行性。

Abstract:
Managing by alues is a new kind of humanism.Through introducing the character of value management, differences between value managing by values and managing by objectives are compared, and the necessity of managing by values in public hospital management is explicated. Meanwhile, through using macro policy analysis, feasibility of hospital managing by values is explored.
