| Managing by alues is a new kind of humanism.Through introducing the character of value management, differences between value managing by values and managing by objectives are compared, and the necessity of managing by values in public hospital management is explicated. Meanwhile, through using macro policy analysis, feasibility of hospital managing by values is explored. |
