| ??????Various forms of management, such as administrative ward inspection of presidents, management by wandering around, clinical contact by administration, which were formed into a multidimensional management system for clinical contact, has been carried out in Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center. It helps to know more about the current situation of the clinical departments and further enhance communication and coordination between the administrative departments and clinical departments, in order to make the hospital connotation construction strength and the hospital’s scientific management come true. |
