护理单元工作质量绩效考核的探索性因子研究

摘要:
目的 建立医院护理单元工作质量绩效考核的评价项目,为实际的考核提供评价量表。 方法 根据护理单元绩效考核指标体系构建工作质量绩效评估量表的各项目并编制护士工作情况的自评问卷,通过对10所医院6个专业共602名护士进行调查,对调查结果进行探索性因子分析,提取构成因子并进行信效度检验。 结果 医院护理单元工作质量绩效评估量表由5个因子41个子项目构成,各因子的Cronbach’s α分别为0.936、0.885、0.855、0.769和0.787,量表总体的Cronbach’s α为0.974,量表总体效度为0.974,专家内容效度为0.818。结论 护理单元工作质量绩效评估量表各因子的构成科学、合理,对有效地评价护理单元的绩效有实际的意义。

Abstract:

Objective To establish evaluation items of work qualities performance for nursing units in order to provide evaluation scales of clinical assessment. Methods Nurse self-assessment questionnaires had been compiled according to the nursing unit performance evaluation index system. Then 602 nurses had been investigated who came from 6 different specialties in 10 hospitals. Exploratory factor analysis had been put on for the results of the investigation, and tested the reliability and validity after extract components. Results The work performance evaluation scale of hospital nursing unit included 5 factors and 41 items. Cronbach ’ s α of every factor are 0.936, 0.885, 0.855, 0.769 and 0.787 respectively. Cronbach ’ s α.of the scale is 0.974,the validity of scale is 0.974, and expert content validity is 0.818. Conclusion The factor constitute of work performance evaluation scale for nursing unit is scientific and reasonable. There is a practical significance for effective evaluating work performance of nursing units.
