| 大学附属医院在做好医疗、教学和科研三项中心工作的同时，还肩负着医学生综合素质培养的责任和义务。健康的针对医学生后期教育的附属医院文化，有益于医学生综合素质的提升，对医学生今后成为一名优秀医生的培养至关重要。文章结合附属医院学生工作实际情况，从医院的精神文化、制度文化、行为文化、物质文化四个层面进行讨论，探讨在大学附属医院如何构建有益于提升医学生综合素质的文化体系。 |

| Hospitals affiliated to universities should take the responsibilities and obligations of the comprehensive qualities cultivation of medical students, while the three core works, medicine, education and scientific research are well done. A healthy cultural atmosphere aimed at the secondary education of medical students in affiliated hospitals is for them to become excellent doctors in the future. The article combines the educational work situation in affiliated hospitals and discusses how to build a good cultural system, which is beneficial to the promotion of the comprehensive qualities of medical students, from the following four aspects: the spiritual culture, the system culture, the behavior culture and the material culture. |
