| ?????? 目的 了解护理人员病人安全与风险管理培训现状，为合理设置病人安全与风险管理培训课程提供参考。方法 采用现场问卷调查和个人深入访谈相结合的方式对培训现状进行研究。结果 护理人员病人安全相关培训存在的问题主要有培训形式死板、培训内容单一、缺乏培训机会；培训需求程度最强的条目依次为无菌操作、消毒与灭菌技术、常见药物的禁忌症及配伍禁忌。结论 应制定全方位高质量的“病人安全与风险管理”培训计划，以提高护理人员预防及处置风险事件的能力。 |

???? Objective To know about the situation of patients’ safety and risk management training of nurses, and provide evidence for setting up curriculum of patients’ safety and risk management training. Methods Using the questionnaire and individual in-depth interviews to study current situation of training. Results Several most important problems of patients’ safety and risk management training of nurses were rigid training form, single training content, and less training opportunities. Several highest demanded items were “aseptic”,” technologies of disinfection and sterilization”, and “drug contraindications and incompatibility”. Conclusion The high-quality and comprehensive training should be planned to improve nurses’ ability of the prevention and treatment of risk. |
