| 按照经济发展水平，采用分层随机抽样的方法从全国6个省份抽取6个城市。采用典型抽样的方法，在6个城市中分别抽取16家三级医院和16家二级医院的急诊科作为研究对象。从人力资源管理、工作量、制度建设、安全管理、教育与培训等5个方面论述了我国综合医院急诊科病人安全的现状。 |

| Stratified random sampling method was used to extract 6 cities from 6 provinces, and tipical sampling method was used to extract 16 tertiary general hospitals and 16 secondary general hospitals as the research object from the 6 cities. The status of patient safety management in Emergency Department of the whole country is researched from 5 aspects as follows, human resource management, workload, system-construction, security management, education and training. |
