| ?????? 目的 分析与研究急诊专科医师成长规律，合理划分急诊专科医师成长阶段，并提炼各成长阶段特征。方法 运用半结构式访谈法对8位专家进行预备访谈和15位专家进行正式访谈，并把相关录音整理成访谈稿；运用扎根理论法，对访谈资料进行三级编码，并对个案资料进行整理和分析，形成个案资料总结稿，在此基础上，对所有专家的总结稿进行比较、归纳与分析。结果 急诊专科医师成长具有阶段性，具体可分初、中、高三个阶段，每阶段的成长周期和特征是不一样的，各有侧重。结论 实现定性研究方法在急诊专科医师阶段成长规律中的应用，完成急诊专科医师阶段的划分和阶段特征的提炼。 |

????? Objective
To classify the growth stage of emergency physicians and refine the characteristic in different stages by studying and analyzing the rule of the emergency physicians. Method Firstly, using the method of semi-structure interviews to pre-interview 8 experts and 15 experts for real interview ,then making a transcription from the record of the interview. Secondly, using the grounded theory method to encode material of the interview, then making a summary for each case base on data collation and analysis. At last, using the data of the interviews over experts to make a conclusion by comparison, summarization and analysis. Result The growth of emergency physicians is periodic which can classify into 3 levels including junior-level, middle-level and senior-level. The feature and the growth cycle of each period of development are diverse. Every level of development has its own emphasis. Conclusion An achievement of using the method of qualitative research in study of development of emergency physicians into reality is gained and the classing and characteristic refining of development of emergency physicians are implemented. |
