| 为了解决华西医院门诊部就诊高峰时段通道利用不均衡、患者高度拥挤且无序的问题，提出一个经典运输问题模型，综合利用直接观察法、访谈法，并借助医院ERP信息系统，采集到大量数据资料，基于Lingo11.0平台，利用计算机进行编程求解。 各电梯利用更加均衡，乘梯安全性和舒适度得到有效提升。 |

| In order to solve the problem of channel-using unbalance and patients highly crowd and disorder in the morning rush hours of West China Hospital outpatient department, the article presents a classic vehicle routing problem model. In addition, a lot of data are collected by direct observation, interviewing and the ERP information system. Finally, the problems are solved through computer programming based on Lingo11.0. Computational results show the channel-using has been more balanced and the taking safety and comfort has been enhanced effectively. |
