| 实施医药分开是北京市开展公立医院改革的重要举措。提取医院实施医药分开改革后3个月的经济指标和服务量指标与2012年上半年均值、2011年同期相关数据进行比较分析，结果表明，推行医药分开政策初步实现了“平移转换”的改革目标，患者个人负担减轻，专家号难挂等问题得到有效缓解。通过分析得出改变医院传统运营模式、加强专科特色建设将成为公立医院改革今后的发展方向。 |

| Medical and Pharmaceutical Separation (MPS) is one of the main approaches of public hospital reform in Beijing. The paper compared the daily income and the number of the services after the implementation with the average number of the first half year of 2012 as well as the same duration in the year 2011. The results show the effect of implementation of the MPS policy in initially achieving “translation”, which is the purpose of the pilot reform of public hospitals in Beijing. With the execution of the policy, the patients’ economic burden is relieved and the difficulty of reservation of experts is effectively alleviated. Future development directions of the reform of public hospitals should be in changing the traditional operation system and strengthening the development of the key specialties. |
