| Through the analysis of some the representative directed systems in hospital performance related pay distribution, this thesis states the view of that hospital performance related pay distribution system has to serve hospital’s development, and emphasizes the thinking of that hospital needs to adopt different performance related pay distribution systems on different developmental stages. |
