| ?????? 目的 了解新医改后上海市基层医务人员工作满意度。 方法 采用分层抽样方法,选取上海市中心城区、城乡结合区和郊区9家社区卫生服务中心,经过培训的调查员门诊随机发放调查问卷的方式进行调研。 结果 基层医务人员对新医改的总体满意度为3.06,属于一般满意,满意率为85.8%;基层医务人员的工作满意度为3.15,属于一般满意,满意率为82.7%。男性、护理人员、药剂、医技人员、本科文化程度是基层医务人员工作满意度的影响因素。 结论 海市基层医务人员工作满意度较高,但基层医务人员实际的收入报酬远远没有体现其应有的价值、基层医务人员对目前的医患关系和社会地位等值得关注。 |

???? Objective
To achieve job satisfaction of primary healthcare workers after new health reform in Shanghai. Methods During self-compiled questionnaire survey, the research adapted stratified random sampling to select 9 community health centers in Shanghai urban, rural and suburbs areas. Results Primary healthcare workers satisfaction of new health reform was 3.06, satisfaction rate was 85.8%. Job satisfaction of primary healthcare workers was 3.15, satisfaction rate was 82.7%. Male, nurses, pharmacists, medical technicians, having undergraduate education were found to have an independent effect on job satisfaction of primary healthcare workers. Conclusion Job satisfaction degree of primary healthcare workers after new health reform in Shanghai was high. However, the income of primary healthcare workers did not reflect well their value, it was recommended to adjust income structure and improve fairness of distribution. The primary healthcare workers were not satisfaction with the current doctor-patient relationship and social dissatisfaction, it was proposed to correctly guide public opinion to alleviate doctor-patient relationship and social dissatisfaction. |
