| From the development trend of modern medical mode，the complesity of doctor-patient relationship mainly results from the lackness of humanisti spirit.So medical humanistic culltivation is improtant for hospital culture construction .The level of medical staffs’ humanistic quality has the direct impact on the quality of medical service and patients satisfaction.Strengthening the humanities construction is not only the need for the construction of hospital culture，but also for the medical service quality and the doctor-patient relationship improvement，to realize social benefit and economic benefit with a win-win situation. |
