| ??????? 目的 通过分析遵义市15所县级公立医院的补偿现状，明确其存在的问题，并提出政策建议。方法 收集了遵义市15家县级医院2007—2011年的相关数据，对其补偿现状进行分析。结果 近年来遵义市对样本医院财政补偿力度加大，但仍存在收入结构不合理、绩效难评价、渠道不够完善等问题。结论 可通过加大补偿力度、调整医院收入结构、加强定量研究、拓宽补偿渠道等途径加以完善。 |

To analyze the compensation status of 15 county level hospitals in Zunyi, which will clarify the existing problems and propose the policy suggestions. Methods Gathering related data of these hospitals from 2007 to 2011 to dissect the current situation. Results The total input into these hospitals is increasing, but there are still several problems, such as unreasonable income structure, difficulty of evaluation and imperfect channels. Conclusion The situation can be improved by efforts to increase the compensation, adjust the income structure of hospitals, strengthen quantitative research and broaden compensation channels. |
