| Through using the complex adaptive systems theory, the characteristics of the appointment system of the West China Hospital are analyzed from new angle, the multilevel nature of the medical information system, the diversity of the appointment treatment services，the differences of medical services object, many uncertainties factors in the appointment system，and strong adaptability and appointment treatment system inter - subjectivity exchange coordination are discussed. The appointment system is improved and developed to further highlight the top three hospitals in the public welfare. |
