?????? 目的 通过对护理人员个体因素薪酬满意度的调查了解护理人员个体因素对薪酬满意度的影响 方法 应用方差分析和均值计算判断护理人员个体因素的薪酬满意度及其影响结果 护理人员个体因素与薪酬满意度有显著差异(P﹤0.05)。年龄、工作年限、学历等因素对薪酬满意度的影响程度不同。 结论 护理人员对薪酬满意度整体满意度水平较低,年龄、工作年限、学历等因素是护理人员薪酬满意度的影响因素

Abstract:
???? Objective To investigate the nursing person individual factors compensation satisfaction , and to understand the nursing person individual factors on the influence of compensation satisfaction. Method Analyzing the application of variance and the mean meter to judge individual nursing factors of the compensation satisfaction and the influence. Result There is a obvious difference between nursing person individual factors and the compensation satisfaction(P<0.05). Different factors have different impact for the compensation satisfaction,such as age,work age and education background. Conclusion The whole level of nursing person compensation satisfaction is low.The influent factors of compensation satisfaction for nursing person include work, age and education background.
