| 为进一步提升医院基建项目绩效管理水平，强化绩效理念，根据上级主管部门的要求，对尚在建造中的基建项目实施绩效自评工作。随后，上级主管部门组织专家对该项目进行了复审，并给予高度的评价。为了启迪和引导更多的医院做好项目绩效评价工作，文章归纳总结了医院基建项目绩效评价的原则、指标与权重以及工作流程。 |

| In order to improve hospital’s performance management capability of construction projects, as well as in compliance with certain government requirements, hospital A did a performance self-assessment on the current construction project which has not been finished yet. This was highly recognized by on-site inspecting expert team afterwards. The paper gives a corresponding description on this aspect and shares the experience with peers in same profession. |
