| 手术病人的围术期并发症发生率和死亡率是多种因素共同作用的结果，麻醉医生应该承担更多的责任。麻醉本身的安全性已经有了很大提高，但尚存提升的空间。对于围术期安全而言，麻醉科定位应该是“保障全行业医疗安全的关键学科”。提高麻醉安全性应该从更新麻醉观念、规范医疗行为和加强系统建设入手。 |

| Multiple factors are involved with perioperative morbidity and mortality, for which anesthesiologists should hold more obligations. Though the safety of current anesthesia itself has been dramatically enhanced, further improvement is required and expected. For the purpose of perioperative safety, anesthesiology should be defined as a key subject for the safety protection of the whole surgical medicine. Updating anesthesiology to perioperative medicine, standardizing anesthesia practice and strengthening and optimizing the management system are primary strategies for anesthesia quality and assurance. |
