科学管理各种医疗设备，充分发挥其作用，避免造成资源浪费。方法 针对医疗设备的管理现状，提出了基于实时定位系统的智慧化医疗设备管理系统的研究与应用。结果 基于实时定位系统的智慧化医疗设备管理系统将基于无线个域网、无线射频识别的无线传感网络技术、实时定位系统技术与临床信息系统进行有效集成，实时动态感知设备运行状态、位置，有力提升了医疗设备的智慧化管理程度，改善了医疗工作流程与效率，提升了设备使用价值，为单机成本核算等精细化管理提供了技术基础。结论 基于实时定位系统的智慧化医疗设备管理系统的应用能够给医院的医疗设备管理带来管理效益、经济效益和社会效益。 |

To scientifically manage variety medical equipment, make full play of the equipment，and avoid the waste of resources. Methods According to the management status of medical equipment, proposing research and application of RTLS based intelligent management system for medical equipment. Results By integrate Zigbee RFID WSN and RTLS with clinical information system, the system is aware of running status and location real-time，improves clinical workflow efficiency and upgrades the equipment value in use，and provides a technology method to refined management such as stand-alone cost accounting. Conclusion RTLS based intelligent management system for medical equipment can bring benefits for management，economy and social effect. |
