| Leadership is a key link in the innovation and transaction of modern hospitals. The theory of leadership develops continuously with practice. The connotation of leadership and innovative nature of modern hospital leadership are analyzed. Contents of leadership development are discussed in four aspects, such as culture, development strategy, e-leadership and professional administration. The effectiveness of leadership development and future direction of development is also presented. |
