| 基于医院现行信息化框架，提出病人费用结算流程一揽子信息化解决方案，并选取样本医院进行方案后续实施与考察，力图突破传统方法的局限,，实现简化结算流程、消除信息壁垒、保障病患资金安全、提高运行效率的目的，为提升医疗资源利用率、建设符合中国医疗卫生体制要求的数字化医院提供参考。 |

| Based on the hospital information framework , a package of information solutions is proposed, sample hospital for following implementation and study of program are selected, the limitations of traditional methods are tried to break through, to simplify the settlement process, eliminate information barriers, safeguard patient capital safety and improve the operating efficiency, so as to provide reference and suggestions to enhance the medical resource utilization and construction of digital hospital, which meet China’s medical and health system requirements. |
