| “卓越医师教育培养计划”的提出为我国医学人才培养提出新要求。经过我国高等医学教育管理体制近20年的改革与发展，培养高素质医学人才已成为综合性大学发展的必然要求，大学附属医院成为卓越医师培养主体。应进一步明确大学附属医院人才培养理念，理顺人才培养教育管理体制机制，充分发挥综合性大学的学科优势，实现临床医学人才培养科学发展。 |

| " Excellence physician education training plan" for medical talents’ training in China put forward new demand. After China higher medical education management system nearly 20 years of reform and development, training high qualified medical talents has become an inevitable requirement in the development of a comprehensive university, the university hospital become outstanding physician training subject. Personnel training philosophy?of ?university-affiliated hospital should be clarified，personnel training and education management system and mechanism be rationalized，and the advantages of integrated disciplines at the clinical university be given full play to train the scientific development of clinical personnel. |
