| Based on a comprehensive point of view of the management of the clinical departments in the general public hospital, the problems are analyzed faced by the behavioral characteristics of and department management in the general hospital, to explore the mismanagement and lack of execution of two-level management , and the corresponding countermeasures of and suggestions are proposed. |
