To explore the related factors of full-time scientific researchers’ demission in early career in hospital for theoretical basis for targeted interventions. Methods Demission interview was conducted in depth. Results Salary,personal development,work-family conflict,working experience are the main related factors of scientific researchers’ demission in early career in the hospital. Conclusion More attention should be paid to scientific researchers’ performance salary and pay fair in hospital;on-the-job learning and training of young scientific researchers should be reinforced;more concern and help should be given to young scientific researchers in the hospital. |
