| Combined with concrete examples，the necessity and feasibility of reinforcing hospital internal control are analyzed at the policy-making level in terms of the following 4 aspects: management awareness, collective policy-making mechanism, the making and implementation of hospital planning, and budget management. Conclusion has been drawn that by reinforcing internal control at the policy-making level, to avoid or reduce a variety of risks, to improve the efficiency of management, and to make progress in hospitals’ management and economic activities. |
