The traditional personnel management in the public hospital is becoming more and more unsuitable to meet the needs of the new situation. Firstly, the problems of personnel management in the public hospitals are analyzed,then the Snell model theory is applied to classify human resources of public hospitals and to make the corresponding strategies. |
