| 在开展优质护理服务过程中，通过改变原有护理工作模式，重新界定护理组长的工作内容、制定护理组长岗位工作职责、定期对护理组长进行培训及考核，充分发挥了护理组长在优质护理服务中的重要作用。在护理质量方面，基础护理质量、危重病人护理质量、护理电子病历质量都有所提高，有利于提高患者满意度。 |

| In the process of good quality nursing service, through changing original nursing service model, the working content is defined, the duty of nursing team leaders is constructed, and the training and exam of nursing team leaders is done regularly, to make nursing team leaders play important role in good nursing service. In nursing quality, the quality of basic nursing, critical patients’ nursing, nursing electronic record has enhanced to increase patients’ satisfaction. |
