| Lawyer as witness has been maturity used in major medical activities，such as informing prior to surgery and signing medical compensation agreement，which provides effective legal protection for the hospital management as well as the reform of public hospitals. From the legal view，there are some problems of lawyer as witness，and they are to be given some measures and recommendations. |
