| 随着人事制度的改革，职称评聘制度也在不断改进和完善,但作为卫生专业，其实践操作性较强，单纯依靠学术成果来评价其专业能力是远远不够的，探索一套能较全面、准确地评定临床卫生专业技术人员水平的体系是医院人力资源管理部门迫在眉睫的问题。为进一步深化职称制度的改革，介绍将临床技能考核纳入临床卫生专业技术人员的职称评聘当中的过程及取得的成果，并介绍了建立完整的临床考核研究体系，同时也提出了将临床技能考核纳入职称评聘过程中存在的问题。 |

| With the development of reform in personnel system，the assess-engage system of professional titles is being improved and perfected.However，as professionals in public health，in some practical and operational subjects，it is far from perfect to evaluate their professional abilities simply based on academic achievements.Therefore，to explore a new system，with which the profession level of the clinical medical workers could be evaluated comprehensively and accurately， is a pressing issue for the personnel resource department to handle.In order to deepen the reform in the system of professional titles，the thesis introduces the process and achievements in binging the examination of clinical skills into the assess-engage system of professional titles to clinical medical workers.It introduces how to establish a comprehensive system of clinical examination，and problems existing in the process of bringing the examination of clinical skills into the assess-engage system are put forwardas well. |
