| 目的 基于新医改背景调查陕西省某市县级医院改革试点医院住院患者对就医环境的满意度，为医院医疗环境改进提供参考建议。方法 随机对250名在某市5所试点医院就诊的患者进行当面式问卷调查，应用EpiData软件对数据进行录入，应用SPSS13.0对数据进行描述性统计、χ2检验和回归分析。结果 患者对医院环境总满意度均分为3. 69分，影响患者满意度的最主要因素是病房人数，其次是收入水平和文化程度。结论 随着新医改的实施推进，患者对医院环境满意度评价尚可，但仍需改进。 |

Objective
To investigate Shaanxi Province, a city in county-level pilot hospital patients based on the background of the new medical reform to the satisfaction of the medical environment, and to take reference recommendations for the improvement of hospital care environment. Methods Randomly conducting face-to-face survey of 250 patients with visits in the five county-level pilot hospitals in the city, application EpiData software for data entry, application SPSS13.0 descriptive statistics, χ2 test and regression analysis of data. Results The patients were divided into the total satisfaction of the hospital environment 3.69, the most important factor of the impact of patient satisfaction is the ward number, followed by income level and education level. Conclusion With the implementation of the new health care reform forward, the patients of the hospital environment satisfaction evaluation is acceptable, but still needs improvement. |
