| 应急救援队是红十字与红新月国际联合会最主要、最高效、最灵活的灾害应急救援工具，其在灾害应急救援方面的丰厚经验以及先进理念能为2008年汶川抗震救灾以来国内广泛掀起的救援队建设提供有益的借鉴。旨在结合复旦大学附属华山医院建设医疗救援队的实际，基于应急救援队的理念，探讨救援队建设的方向和路径。 |

| Emergency Response Unit（ERU）is the most important，flexible and efficient disaster response tool of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. IFRC has accumulated rich experience and concise advanced concept in the disaster emergency rescue area，so as to offer beneficial uses for reference to the rapid emergency response unit development in China since 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake. This article aims at combining with Huashan hospital，Fudan University?and based on the ?joint venture for large medical ERU，direction and path of medical rescue team development in China is discussed. |
